The company policy of OÜ IRIS FIBER is based on:
· compliance with the legislation and other requirements of the Republic of Estonia;
· adherence to and continuous improvement of the requirements set in International ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2008 Standards.

The activities of OÜ IRIS FIBER are directed towards the continued satisfaction of our clients, workers, and owners, based on:

· constant improvement in the quality of our products;
· efficiency in company’s activities;
· cooperation with clients, competitors and other interested parties;
· valid requirements and client’s wishes;
· adherence to agreements;
· motivation of employees (remuneration, benefits, vacations, etc.);
· development – employee training, exploitation of innovative top-level machinery, technology, new materials, etc.;
· the improvement and maintenance of the good reputation of the company.

The environmental policy of OÜ IRIS FIBER includes the following:

· prevention or decreasing of contamination;
· economical use of material and energy resources;
· prudent use and maintenance of machines, devices, buildings and structures to conserve resources;
· recovery of waste;
· ensuring and improving the safety of the working environment, raising the workers’ awareness of using personal protective equipment to prevent risks;
· avoiding and preventing accidents and emergencies, skills to manage in emergency situations;
· informing the public of the environmental impact related to the company’s activities and of the means for minimizing the impact via the company’s home page at www.irisfiber.com;
· choosing cooperation partners according to their environmental competence and quality indicators.

The products of OÜ IRIS FIBER (wind deflectors for trucks, tonneau covers and caps for pick-up trucks, ski and travel boxes) improves the air drag of cars. As a result, the fuel consumption and air pollution of customers’ car are reduced.
